Toe-Pulling
Description
The "Toe-Pulling" drill focuses on engaging your lower body in climbing, specifically your toes. This practice helps you learn to utilize your footwork, especially the rockover technique, to make your climbs more efficient and less tiring for your upper body. It will improve your climbing technique by focusing on how you use your toes to pull your body closer to the wall, making it easier to reach the next hold. 73
